Herbalism's camp objects cover Intellect and, at higher skill, turn the camp into a small garden.
Skill levels and object text below come from the beta build; they can still change before launch.
The camp chain
| Object | Herbalism | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Incense Candle | 20 | Intellect for nearby players |
| Greenhouse | 140 | Grows herbs over time from planted seeds, plus the candle's effect |
| Seed Hybridizer | 300 | Multiplies seeds or combines them into rarer tiers, plus the candle's effect |
All three require a campfire, share the one-hour cooldown, and the upgrades can replace the candle. Blizzard used the Incense Candle as its Herbalism example at the Deep Dive.
Intellect coverage
The candle's Intellect buff doesn't stack with Arcane Intellect, so it covers the slot when your group has no mage instead of doubling the buff.
A camp that grows
The Greenhouse "will grow herbs over time from seeds planted", and the Seed Hybridizer lets you multiply seeds or combine them into rarer tiers. Pair that with Bountiful Harvest — the Professions Legacy perk that adds 20–100% more Scarce materials from Mining, Herbalism and Skinning — and camp downtime starts paying for itself.
Your camp job
- 20: candle for the group's Intellect.
- 140: Greenhouse; plant what seeds you have when you set up camp and collect later.
- 300: Seed Hybridizer to push seeds into rarer tiers.
- Seed sources and grow times aren't published yet, so treat the garden as a bonus on top of normal gathering.
The camping guide lists every profession object; the professions hub covers how to choose.
