TBC classes, specs, and what to play
TBC Classic runs nine classes and 28 raiding specs, counting Feral cat and bear separately. The Burning Crusade also opened the factions up: Draenei brought Shaman to the Alliance and Blood Elves brought Paladin to the Horde, so every raid can run every buff.
Picking for Phase 3
Personal DPS is only half the answer. One Survival Hunter, one Arms Warrior, or one Balance Druid can be worth more than a higher parser because of Expose Weakness, Blood Frenzy, and Improved Faerie Fire. Check the live tier list, then read the spec's raid viability note.
What each guide covers
Every spec guide covers raid viability, talents, rotation priority, opener, cooldowns, stat caps, consumes, enchants, professions, and log review. Each guide links to its full Phase 3 BiS list.
